Review scores, kept separate
Metacritic and OpenCritic use different pools and metrics. A recommendation percentage is not an 85/100-style score, and neither is this site’s own game rating.

On November 6, 2026, the Metacritic game page displayed 83 from 79 critic reviews and a user score of 8.2 from 1,662 ratings. That read did not open a separate PC filter. The September 15 PC snapshot, 84/100 from 41 critic reviews, stays an earlier platform-specific figure. The same day OpenCritic displayed 84 and 93% recommend. Its page data was a top-critic score of 83.63, a recommendation rate of 92.59%, 83 top-critic reviews and 189 reviews in total. On September 15 the displayed OpenCritic figures were 85, 93% and 126 critic reviews.
The Steam snapshot checked on 2026-09-15 contains 12,888 reviews: 11,188 positive and 1,700 negative, about 86.8% positive. It is an English-language, all-purchases query snapshot. On November 6 the same API redirected to the Steam store home, so this count was not refreshed.

What critics criticize
PC Gamer questions how fully the game follows through on its ideas. Tom’s Guide points to repetitive combat, rough performance and a less compelling protagonist. Hobby Consolas argues that the project’s scope outpaced execution. These are attributed assessments, not a claim that every player or platform has the same experience.
