Anca: quest outline and medicine

The published outline connects Withering Away, Page-Turner, Echoes of Silenced Bells, Between the Words, Where Old Devils Lie and Stronger Than Achilles. Follow her personal quests and relationship dialogue; preserve a save before major choices. PC Gamer’s account distinguishes preferred choices from uncertain ones, so this outline is not a guaranteed dialogue-by-dialogue route.

For Withering Away, PC Gamer and PowerPyx describe hot water and three spoonfuls of herbs. The Sacred Covenant guide places the wrong-dose consequence at the later Blood Mass. Missing the quest deadline is also reported as a failure condition. Neither establishes an instant death when a recipe option is selected.

Lacra: quest outline

Her published chain runs through A Friend Like This, Song of the Mountain, Hive and Seek, Our Rotten Roots and The Night of Horrors. Polygon describes routes where opposing her at some earlier points still allows the relationship to continue. Read the source’s context before treating one response as mandatory.

Crake: quest order and lockout

PC Gamer includes The Firebrand and Shadows in the Woods as an early introduction, then Where Loyalty Lies, What Hunts the Night, What Moves the Dead, Distant Shadows and A Closer Look. It also describes going directly to the Svartrau hideout to start Where Loyalty Lies, skipping some scenes. Polygon’s romance list starts at Where Loyalty Lies; the early introduction is not established as a mandatory prerequisite for every route.

Polygon warns that beginning Rise at Dawn before Distant Shadows blocks Crake’s romance. This warning is specifically attributed to Polygon; it was not independently established by all three guides in the earlier source set.

Missable choices and limits

Polygon also warns about the danger to human companions when speaking to them as a low-health vampire, and about ending the game before completing relationships. Keep earlier saves if you intend to finish these arcs.

Patch context: the official September 9 Hotfix 1.0.4 lets Crake talk to Coen during his training sequence. This dialogue fix does not establish different romance prerequisites or prove the routes above were replayed on that build.
